2、Combine high & low molecular weight emulsifiers reasonably, reduce the surface tension between oi phase & water phase, enhance the stability of the oil-emulsifier-water complex (chylomicron) formed by emulsifier.

3、Participate in the enzymatic hydrolysis of fat in the small intestine, meanwhile paticipate in the synthesis of apolipoprotein. Promote the transportation of chylomicrons in the blood. The synergistic eiect of both can improve the digestion and absorption rate of fat in livestock and poultry.

4、Increase the transport speed of long-chain fatty acids into mitochondria, and promote the oxidative metabolism of lipids in feed.

5、The synergistic effect of different emulsifying components promote the secretion of bile and pancreatic esterase by the livestock and poultry, and promote the metabolism of fat in the body of livestock and poultry.
